July 1st 2011 california sales tax rate?

-Since Governor Brown signed a budget on June 30th 2011, did it change the expected 1% decrease in states sales tax rate that takes effect July 1st 2011?



(I don't know the specifics of the budget in so far if it affects the statewide sales tax rate.)He did not approve of the budget agreement. So the sales tax extension stands and new tax will be voted on next November.
1% lower statewide than it was on 6/30.
